130 BPM Songs: Four Preview Measurements

These four linked recording previews returned 129.4–130.3 BPM in our browser-local BPM Finder. They form a near-130 listening list, not a promise that each complete song or other recording edition holds exactly 130 BPM.

Pick a version before you count

The Radio Edit label matters: the LMFAO and Swedish House Mafia links identify specific track records, while another edition or remix may supply a different excerpt. Open the recording you intend to play and compare its audible beat with a 130 BPM metronome. The reference interval is 60 ÷ 130 seconds per beat, or about 0.462 seconds. A list title cannot tell you whether every part of a track stays aligned with that reference.

If a drummer counts the larger accents at 65 BPM while you count intermediate beats at 130 BPM, both counts can describe related levels of one pattern. The analyzer reports a dominant pulse from audio; it does not assign a musician's intended beat level. Agree on a counting level before matching a rehearsal passage or movement cadence.

What our screening left out

The same browser tool returned 128.0 BPM for the sampled “I Gotta Feeling” preview, 128.1 for “We Found Love,” 127.9 for a “Good Feeling” remix, and 169.9 for “Sweet Nothing.” We excluded those specific excerpts under this page's rule of a raw reading within one BPM of 130. This filter prevents a familiar song title or someone else's playlist category from standing in for our measured result.

A different excerpt could lead to a different reading. Deezer's track metadata confirms preview availability but does not disclose which moment of the full track was supplied. We therefore label the measurements as preview estimates and avoid claiming a verified chorus, verse, or whole-song tempo.

Four browser-local preview results placed around a 130 BPM reference: 129.4, 130.1, 130.2, and 130.3 BPM.
Our original diagram shows the four displayed readings around a shared reference; spacing is illustrative.

Check the section you will use

For an audio file you can lawfully access, select it in the BPM Finder; decoding and analysis take place on your device. If the supplied preview is not the section you need, play your chosen passage and tap its beat with the Tempo Tapper. Record the edition, passage, and whether you tapped full beats or a half-time count so the comparison remains meaningful.

Questions about 130 BPM songs

Are all four entire songs exactly 130 BPM?

No. The numbers above are the raw results of four short preview files, ranging from 129.4 to 130.3 BPM. The page makes no exact-tempo claim about the complete recordings.

Why isn't a song I expected on the list?

Our inclusion depends on this site's result for a specific available excerpt. Some candidate excerpts returned values outside the near-130 window; we show those exclusions instead of silently adjusting them.

Can I use the list to plan a continuous run?

Use it to choose candidates, then listen to the particular recordings and test their relevant passages against your target pulse. A 30-second preview alone cannot verify uninterrupted timing across a full workout.

Source and measurement boundary

Recording identity and preview availability: LMFAO, Swedish House Mafia, Chris Brown, and Jennifer Lopez track records. Deezer did not provide the BPM figures used here. The measured raw results, included and excluded, are documented in our dated local measurement notes.
